Can I cancel?

For a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. For an annual plan, it prevents renewal at the end of the year. Manage your subscription through your member account.

What happens to games I have already received?

Classic-edition files you have downloaded remain in your possession. Exploration is played online through your game link; export your saved progress if you move to another device.

Can I buy the Train separately?

The Midnight Train is a Club adventure. You can try its first room for free before choosing a plan.

Where can I find my games?

Use the delivery links sent by email or your member account. If you cannot find them, contact info@escapemaison.fr.
